The Big Apple Circus is coming to National Harbor March 8 – April 1, 2018. In this 40th Anniversary Show, Big Apple Circus is bringing us two of most daring aerial feats been attempted under the Big Top in the same show. Nik Wallenda, the “Greatest Daredevil of Our Generation” and 10-time World Record Holder, and the Fabulous Wallendas will perform the seven-man pyramid on the wire high above the ring. And on the flying trapeze, Ammed Tuniziani of the Flying Tuniziani’s will attempt the elusive quadruple somersault to the hands of his catcher. The performance also includes live orchestra music and amazing performances by rescue dogs, horses and ponies.

Are there animals in the Big Apple Circus?
There are no wild or exotic animals performing. However, you will see rescue dogs, horses and ponies.
Who needs a ticket?
Children 2 and older need a ticket. Children under 2 may sit in your lap.

This will be my daughter’s first time attending any circus and with my husband coming back back from deployment this week, this would be an amazing outing/experience for our family.
My sons birthday is March 5 turning 3 yrs old, time is flying by and I know his little heart would love seeing all the theatrics and the musical orchestra, he’s my Lil Daredevil and Lil musician in the making and I know this would be a birthday gift he would always remember and I could hear him now talking about all the excitement of seeing all that. Second reason I would love to win these tickets for my Lil pumpkin is to just see the joy and excitement in his face to be told he had a big surprise for his birthday that mommy and daddy is going to take him too, he is highly spirited head strong Lil boy with tons of energy and I know his little heart will explode with excitement when the show begins, he’s never got to see anything like this and it would be a blessing and a joy to be able to take him to something like this just to bond more and more and watch him big smile and laughter soar through the arena with all of it and be able express to him about the gift and giving to others and how he was blessed with the receiving a gift and have him notice the feeling he has with receiving such a wonderful opportunity as tibia gift and giving something away to others could feel just as good like when I he gave out Valentine’s cards to all the church kids and volunteers the Sunday before Valentine’s Day. He never asked why he didn’t get a card, he just smiled and laughed and said mom see I made everyone so happy. He enjoyed giving those cards out and seeing the smiles and happiness on their faces, now this way receiving these tickets he can now see the feeling the actually felt with receiving so he can understand truly what they felt and hopefully he will take that and continue to love giving because he knows the feeling he felt giving and then receiving.
I’d like to take my two year old son because we’ve never been! Now that there is no other circus type event, I’d love for him to see the animals. We love National Harbor, and we’d love the opportunity to share this with him!
