Kids + Animals = The National Zoo!

Kids + Animals = The National Zoo!

Is taking a trip to the zoo on your to do list for your tots? We had a great time during our visit to the National Zoo and came up with a list of funnies we heard while we were there!

What you’ll hear when you take the kiddies to the ‪#‎NationalZoo‬!

1.)”We’re at the Zoo!” Followed by screaming and loud laughter.
2.) “Did that elephant just poop? Ewwww!! Followed by loud laughter.
3.) “Look at that seal, what’s that seal doing?”
4.) “If the lions are fed, does that mean they won’t eat me?
5.) As you walk pass the concessions, children crying because they want popcorn and cotton candy even after the parents have told them that the birds and monkeys will take it from them!!!
6.) The whining and crying of the children when it’s time to leave followed by silence because parents bribed them with that same popcorn and cotton candy!
7.) Oh yeah, you’ll hear lots of sounds from the animals too!

Take a trip up to the #NationalZoo to get up close and personal with the animals, we sure did! Remember, there’s a lot of walking so consider bringing a stroller or you can simply rent one. There is always great exhibits and events happening at the #NationalZoo so check out their site often!
