It’s officially the holiday season and events are taking place all over the DMV. This weekend is full of FREE and Cheap activities. Don’t forget to take a look at the Holiday Light Displays list because I’m updating it all the time!

Santa Fly-In
College Park Aviation Museum – College Park

Santa will fly into the historic College Park Airport with the help of his special “sleigh.” Try your hand at various holiday crafts and activities and get your picture taken with Santa! Santa usually flies in around 12:30.

Charles County Holiday Trail

Visit county landmarks on the Trail which will be decorated for the holidays and have special programming.

Venture inside a life size modern, ice igloo made of 36,000 pounds of ice blocks in The Park at CityCenter.

Four spherical globes, ranging in size from 8 to 22 feet in diameter, will be featured with shadow theater technology projecting awe-inspiring holiday visuals.
