Bring a non-perishable and save $1 off admission per person. Additional Specials are available.

The Firemen’s Carnival at the Charles County Fairgrounds – FREE ADMISSION

Hosted by Newburg Volunteer Rescue Squad & Fired Dept.
Rides the rides all day long with an armband for $20 on all three days. Plenty of rides, games, and food to explore.kida carnival game

Spring Farm Festival
Hard Bargain Farm – Accokeek

Cost: $5 per car
All are invited for the opening day. Come enjoy the view, natural areas, and the lively barnyard. Activities will include: Live Music, Hay Wagon Rides to the Potomac River (nominal fee), Barnyard Adventures: Cow Milking, Wool Spinning, Butter Churning, Blacksmithing, Antique Tools, Kids’ Activities at the Log Cabin.

March of Dimes – March for Babies Southern Maryland

We’re getting ready to walk in March for Babies! It promises to be a fun day out with people who share our passion for improving the health of babies. Join family teams, company teams and people walking with friends for a great cause: making a difference for real families right here in our community. Sign up and raise money to help more moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies. Start/Finish will take place at the stadium and the walk will be through surrounding neighborhoods

Cost: Adults ($7), Children ages 1 and up ($3), Children under 3 –Free
Touch-a-Truck is a unique and interactive community event that provides families with the opportunity to touch, learn, and explore trucks, construction vehicles, cars, public safety equipment as well as to meet those who protect, serve, and build our Southern Maryland community. This event also features special performances, local food vendors, face painting, games, and concludes with attendees enjoying the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs baseball team taking on the Somerset Patriots.
