Must Have Tech Gadets for Summer Travel

Summer travel is getting ready to kick into high gear. Or for some of us, we have an idea of what we’re going to do but haven’t officially made the plans. Either way, the kids are out of school, it’s blazing hot outside and everyone is ready for a trip! Before you go, I want to share some of the latest tech gadgets that you’ll definitely want to have in tow. I was invited to a Tech and Travel event at the Willard Hotel where we got the scoop!

Washington, DC is one of the nation’s top places to visit. Experience free museums, year round events and so much more suited for the entire family. I recently visited the historic Willard Hotel to learn about their new family programs. Long are the days of just catering to those in the political arena, everyone is welcomed. I can’t go without expressing how beautiful the rooms are and the amazing views that many of them offer.  Down on the main level, we toured the bar, gift shop and only wished we could stay for Afternoon Tea. We were introduced to new programs which feature one of a kind services, making it easy to focus on the family and not on the details.

  • Ask for What You Want: That’s right, ask for you what you want! Diapers, chargers, child proofing, personalized birthday cards and treats, workout clothes, books, video games and more. Did I forget something? Yeah, they’ll get it for you.
  • Children’s Program: The new children’s program will be launching in July for kids up to the age of five. Kids will be able to go on adventures, learn about the hotel in various ways and even meet a new friend. Did I mention the complementary parking and cookies?Sweet Treats_ Travel and Tech
  • Sweet Treats: OMG!! The Willard knows how to please! Just look at this picture, kids will be in utter amazement! GO TO CAFÉ DU PARC!
