Macy’s Backstage Opens in St. Charles Towne Center

Where are all of my shoppers and fashionistas at? I thought you’d be happy to know that Macy’s is bringing us deals and steals with the new Macy’s Backstage. It’s a store within a store offering a significant savings on fabulous finds. The store’s grand opening will take place this weekend, yes this weekend on June 2nd at St. Charles Towne Center.  The grand opening will be celebrated with giveaways for the first 200 customers and special events throughout the day.

So what is Macy’s Backstage?

Backstage is outlet store that delivers an assortment of on-trend merchandise at 20 to 80 percent off traditional department store prices. The new outlet store will have approximately 17,200 sqft of dedicated retail space and will live on the first level inside the full-line Macy’s.

Backstage offers a wide selection and will include fresh products from both new and renowned brands. The outlet store will also carry apparel and accessory brands not currently available at full-line Macy’s. Expect great savings on apparel for men, women and children, as well as amazing deals on an eclectic assortment of housewares, home textiles & decor, cosmetics, hair & nail care, gifts, jewelry, shoes, designer handbags, accessories, and activewear. Are you a Macy’s card holder? You can earn and redeem Star Rewards at Backstage locations.

I’m getting the sneak peek before the store opens this week and I’m super excited. You know, the summer’s coming, vacation time is near and I’ve been waiting on the opportunity to grab me something new. I’ve promised myself not to think about the kids during my visit…instead I’ll focus on the women’s section and maybe something for the Hubs.
