We’ve made it through another week!! The hustle and bustle of the work/school week can be rough but now we put those things aside and bust into fun mode!! This weekend kicks off ICE! at the Gaylord National Harbor and I’m sure it’ll be a real treat (discount tickets). Don’t forget to check out the calendar for more events. Enjoy Your Weekend!

Little Jumpers – Waldorf

This special open jump is for our guests aged 1-6 years old only. If you’re worried about older kids running around the smaller ones, this is the perfect time for your little jumpers.There is a designated toddler area is for 1yrs-3yrs only. 2 yrs-6yrs are allowed to jump on the inflatables.Pump-it-up

Explore the ice in shoes or skates as children ages 2-5 take their first steps on the ice (with adult). The ice arena is set up with games and activities for self guided fun designed to enhance motor skill development as well as develop comfort with the frozen element. After the ice time participants enjoy a cup of hot cocoa while listening to a story read aloud in our warm lobby.

Preschool Prep is a (drop off) new program for the little ones that are just about ready to enter school! Children ages 2 1/2 – 5 can explore with physical activity, crafts, learn colors and numbers in foreign language, STEM, and all around fun! Tysons Corner Tree Lighting Event – Tysons Corner Center
November 20; 6:30-7:30pm
Tysons Corner Center will host their 2nd annual tree lighting ceremony on The Plaza emceed by Alison Victoria of HGTV’s Kitchen Crashers and an intimate holiday concert by American Idol’s, Elliot Yamin from 6:30-7:30pm . Pre-concert, Alison and Elliot will flip the switch on the 51 foot tree, lighting it up for the remainder of the holiday season. Stay till the end of the show to see Santa Claus make an appearance after the concert with a very special entrance featuring some of his favorite reindeer.

Target $2 Family Fun Night– Baltimore

Learn how Santa Claus started giving toys to good girls and boys in the retelling of the classic television special, Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town, celebrating its 45th anniversary this year. ICE! is an indoor winter wonderland featuring:Walk-through holiday attraction, kept at a chilly 9 degrees, Two million pounds of hand-carved ice sculptures, Five ice slides, 7 individual rooms depicting the story of Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town and The Frostbite Factory – a live carving zone!

Calvert Library – Children’s MakerSpace – Solomons

Come join our “Maker’s Space” for children at Southern and see what you can build. We will supply a large amount of Legos, including some Lego Duplos. Activities will also include craft stations.

Santa arrives by historic pump car into the Roundhouse at 10:30 am to kick off the holiday season. Mrs. Claus joins the celebration too! Train Rides with Santa on Saturday at 11:00am & 1pm and Sunday at 1pm. LEGO Movie Time at the Kids Zone.  B&O LEGO Zone where kids can build their own LEGO creations.
