Back at it again is the OCASE Annual Backpack School Supply Giveaway!

The One City All-Star Extravaganza (OCASE) celebrates, promotes and elevates extracurricular activities and/or athletics in public, private and charter schools in the District of Columbia. They promote and inspire youth in the inner-city to participate in extracurricular activities and/or athletics at an early age.

The message is clear when it comes to this event, ” If a child has to start school without the basic supplies needed, or has to start school late while waiting for the money to purchase the supplies, it puts them at a major disadvantage.  Therefore, the Back-to-School Giveaway is an investment in the future for us all.”

Join them this Saturday, August 16th at Rita’s on 2318 Rhode Island Ave, Washington DC.
