Looking to add some spooktacular events to your list? Head down to Baltimore’s Inner Harbor and join Power Plant Live for a Family Fun Day, Halloween style! Families can expect spooky (like) fun for the whole family to include face painting, themed crafts, trick or treating, and a costume swap for the kiddos.

The event entry but they are encouraging a $5 donation per child to support the Maryland SPCA. The SPCA will bring along adoptable pets to join in the spooky fun.

Bring your gently-used Halloween costumes to trade with other Baltimore families, and don’t forget a bucket to collect candy!
