The perfect combination for a fresh and fun introduction to Spanish, literacy through storytelling, math, music and more —and a fábulas new take on a trio of familiar stories in this interactive Discovery Theater original. Children will find our “found” costumes, puppets, and set pieces crafted from recycled materials pretty fabulous, too. Ages 3 to 7.

At Home Activities

  1. Movie Night – We love movie night at our house. We make popcorn, create snack station full of goodies, movie the couches around and set up the living room like a real movie theater, dim the lights and click the Play button! Check out my Pintrest Board for more ideas.
  2. Bake/Cook a new sweet treat.  Who doesn’t love cookies, pies, smoothies, ice cream and the like? Since where in the prime season for apples and pumpkins, hit up the grocery store and try your hand a candy apples or pumpkin French toast! The kids will super excited.
  3. Have a Dance Party. Yep, we do that! Turn on some of your families favorite jams and get the party started. Our kids love to party to the Home movie soundtrack!
  4. Make A Silly Home Video – Reach back into your childhood and take a moment to be silly with the kids. Don’t be afraid to put on costumes and show us your best work!
  5. Crafts. Some of our kids favorite crafts are playing with Play-Doh, painting (with fingers and brushes), and block building. Instead of letting the kids us paper for painting, try a canvas. It’ll make a great art piece! I neglected to mention that these are quiet activities (you’re welcome).
  6. Read. Find about 2-3 books the kids haven’t read in a while. Or take the kids to the library, get a new library card and check out new books! Add more excitement by acting out the story.
