St. Mary’s County Recreation Expands Program Offerings to Toddlers

St. Mary’s County has introduced several new programs for families with toddlers and we are so thankful. These programs allow for children to engage in more enriching activities and gives parents a break with play dates and parents night out.

Check out what they have to offer (Note: You must register for all programs):

Wee Watchers

(Ages 3-5)  Your kids don’t want to stay cart-contained or they get a case of the give-me’s once the rows of cookies and cupcakes are in sight.  Wee Watch your children while you do anything from shop, doctors appointments, get your hair or nails done or simply catch up on some sleep.

Parents Night Out

(Ages 4-13)  Parents need a night to themselves.  Plan something fun and have your children join us for a variety of activities, games and themed events each month.

Out of School Camps

(Ages 5-14)  Camp is no longer just for summer!  These camps are designed to serve all school aged children, but activities are built around specific age groups.  Activities include games, group team building, drama, cooking and so much more.
