Health & Happiness Fest

Presented by New Day Mobile Spa and Mama Sisterhood of PG County
January 10th from 12pm -3pm

Bring in the New Year learning how to lead and live Happy and Healthy lives! This event will provide resources and education to families to help them maintain healthy lifestyles from the inside out.  From eating healthy to remaining happy (aka mental health).  This event will also provide families with resources to keep your kids active and mentally stimulated.

During the event New Day Mobile Spa will have a Spa Suite set up to provide Mommy Pampering and there will be interactive seminars through out the event as well.  There will also be activities and treats for the kids.

The event is free and will include free pampering and door prizes in addition to the free seminars/demonstrations and activities. For attendees to be included on the door prizes and participate in the free pampering you must be register.
